Setting up in 5 minutes

The first-run wizard walks you through everything below. The whole flow takes about five minutes for a small team and ten to fifteen minutes if you want to import a customer list.

  1. Create your account

    Pick a plan, name your business, and create your admin login. About 90 seconds, no credit card required.

  2. Pick a starter template (optional)

    Choose a template (residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in or out, post-construction) to seed your services and frequencies catalogs in one click.

  3. Invite your team

    Send email invites to your staff with the role you want them to have (admin, staff, or view-only). They sign in with one click.

  4. Add your first customers

    Add customers one at a time, paste a list, or import a CSV. Each customer keeps their own contact, address, and recurring-service preferences.

  5. Book your first appointment

    Drag a service onto the calendar, assign an employee, and you are live. Recurring series, route ordering, and notifications all flow from this single click.
